Does Your Assembly Website...

Your assembly website should:

1  Greet Visitors
2 Answer Questions
3 Provide Resources for Members

If your website doesn’t do these three things well, contact us today.

About Us

AssemblyWebsites.com is brought to you by a team of project managers, graphic designers, website designers and developers who attend assemblies in Ontario, Canada. We have a heart for the assemblies and we desire and pray that they would thrive and grow in order to bring glory to God.

We believe that your website is just as important as the greeter at the door of your assembly. At least 80% of all churchgoers visited the church’s website before coming. It is important that you make a good first impression that communicates clearly your message to visitors.

Our team has years of experience in building websites for churches, ministries, organizations and corporate clients. We bring the expertise you need to guide you through the process of building a new website.

Contact us today to get started on your project! We look forward to partnering with your assembly in this way.

Our Process

1  Initial Meeting

We meet with the contact or team at the assembly responsible for the project to discuss vision, requirements and make introductions.

2  Template Selection

We provide a number of templates that will suit your needs and can be modified to include your assembly’s content and branding profile.

3  Content Collection

We will request from you the page content to be implemented into the website.

4  Website Development

The content will be integrated with the template and all images/branding will be added.

5  Revisions

The website will be presented to the team or contact for review and revisions will be made.

6  Launch

The new website will be launched and integrated with tracking analytics.

7  Training

We will set up a training meeting in person or over Skype in order to show a small group of people how to add, update and delete content on the website.

This process usually takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on the speed of the content collection and quality of communication with the assembly. To expedite the process, we require one contact who will be our liaison with the assembly in order to collect anything required throughout the development process.

If you have any questions about our process, please contact us. We are always happy to answer any questions you have!

Our Pricing

Web Development

We ask assemblies to give $1000 for web development projects  or whatever they can provide. We want your assembly website to help you reach your community and serve your members and not hinder the work through financial strain. If your assembly cannot budget $1000 for the work, please give whatever you are able.

Hosting

Hosting costs assemblies $20/month which includes unlimited bandwidth, unlimited storage and unlimited email addresses. You can pay this on a monthly basis or annually.

Domain Registration

If you need to register a domain, we charge $25/year for .com, .org or .ca domains. Other domains are available.

Logo Design

This is a premium service on top of the web development project. For $300, our graphic designer will provide three concepts with three rounds of revisions.

Please note that we treat this as a ministry and not a corporate venture. If your assembly would like to engage with us but don’t have the listed funds, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help!
